"2/16/24 6pm-8:20pm Waited 2 hrs just to be shorted a peach cobbler. Was told I had to buy another one. I Ordered 3 Fish and shrimp dinners and 3 peach cobblers Totaling 96.00 The food itself is overcooked and bland. I could’ve went to Texas Roadhouse and got better service and better tasting food minus the attitudes."

"Terrible service. They prioritize Doordash orders over people coming in person. Be prepared to wait atleast a hour. As for the food itself not terrible. Tenders were dry even though they supposedly made fresh, Mac and cheese had no flavor but the tuna salad was really good so it balanced my disappointment. Caution: Don't wait for your order too close to the truck the owner will come out screaming about being rushed."

"I’ve seen Rich food all over my Facebook and I couldn’t wait to come to Jacksonville and try it. I called to place my order to go and he asked me to text it. He was extremely professional on the phone and in person but I wasn’t a fan of texting my order(not the most professional way to take an order). I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all without being offended. I was offered a sample of the tuna w/o even asking for it, which was good and I ended up purchasing. Rich even let me taste the apple pie dessert and said I didn’t have to buy it if I didn’t like it. I thought was nice and I purchased it even though I’m not a fan of sweets. After checking my (text) order I realized a mistake on the wing sauce and he corrected it and allowed me to keep the other order. I’ve been at large chain restaurants and they will ask for the wrong order back before they allow you to keep it. My fav as the “rich sauce” wings and the macaroni. My mom said the lemon pepper wings was 6/10 because it was a little too dry for her even with the request of them being “wet”. Overall the customer service took it from a 4/5 to a 5/5. I will try other menu items when I come back."
