"My kids go to this daycare. My son had a incident at school on monday and Raven went above and beyond for him! I dont trust many people with ny kids but i trust this place! Raven even went out of her way to call me when she was off already and check on my baby! Thank you raven for all that you do!"
"My daughter attends this preschool & she absolutely loves ms.Ebone & ms.Sonja, they are the best!! They always communicate and tell me about her day , her diapers always dry & face is clean . I’ve never had a problem . Also the new director ms.raven is also great ! Anytime I have a concern with my kids , she always try & help solve the problem."
"I was skeptical when I read the google reviews but I still set up a tour to see for myself. Im so happy I did!!! From the time my children and I stepped foot in the building we felt right at home. The staff were amazing. They were warm and welcoming. They even allowed my children to play while I toured. We’ve been with BBMA going on 2 months now and we love it here!! If you want a family feel this is your place!!"
"This has been our childcare home for the last three years, we love it! I have not one complaint. They have my baby spoiled rotten. She loves her teachers Ms.Ebone and Ms. Sonja!"
"Worst daycare experience yet. We recently moved back home to Opelika after 10 years in the military. My wife got a job at the hospital so we were looking for daycare that had availability and found this place. My wife did a tour of the place and it looked clean and in order so we decided to go here. This is the 4th daycare/school that we have had our kids in over the years due to moving around a lot. We have put our kids at both on and off post daycares. Bkue Marble is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a daycare. We had our kids here for 1 day. Upon picking them up on Monday after their first day. We buzzed the front door and immediately upon opening the door we can hear our 1 year old crying. We go back to his class room him crying the whole time, to see him with snot running down his face. The teacher was sitting in the floor doing nothing. No interaction with the other kids, no trying to calm them down or watch them. No effort at all, didn’t say anything, just sat there the entire time. We went to pick up my 4 1/2 year old next from the classroom down the hall and when we go into that room there’s a kid right at the door with their face down on the ground and a jacket over their head. Once again there was no structure or order with the room, watching children is more than just having eyeballs. My wife sat in the car crying while i went back in to tell them that Monday would be the last day they would come. To top it off when we got home that night my 1 yr old was crying in the bath tub and i couldn’t understand why. When i went to put his diaper on i noticed his skin was torn around his private parts. I believe they pushed the skin down too hard when they were changing him, but we’ll never know. We dont know if that happened at the daycare or here at the house, we only know that he didn’t have it the night before but did after school. We feel terrible and a lot of guilt that our kids were here all day long. They will never step foot into this place again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. We finally did some networking last night with family we have and found someone local to Opelika that has been in the daycare business for over 30 years. She said she wishes that we had talked to her first because she would have told us to run from Blue Marble that she has heard nothing but negative things about them. I guess we should have known from the start that they have availability and spots open for a reason."
