"Unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t a good one. The staff made me feel like they were talking down to me. Their lack of professionalism while on the phone was appalling. They took their time in seeing me even though I’d made appointment’s both times. For the cost of the Civil Surgeon, I got to see her for about 5 mins. There was confusion with regards to my test results. They took longer than they needed to, and it was apparently my fault for using a 3rd party that was cheaper. I was on a time constraint, and I’d explained that multiple times. I was schooled by the staff on numerous occasions for simply asking them to correct my address when they had entered it incorrectly, and with regards to a vaccination I’d received. “Well I just copied what was on your paperwork” they told me. Clearly, that wasn’t the case or it would have been correct to begin with. While I am disappointed about my experience and wish I had chosen a different place, I will say that Erica Paez was professional and decent and it was nice to deal with her. She would benefit a lot by having more professional staff. I am thankful that this whole process is now over with. I will also add, "No thank you to Google Reviews!" for making such a small character limit when it comes to posting a review. This review took me a number of times to rewrite in order to fit it into the tiny space provided for feedback. #FixItGoogle!"
