Reviews
"Clean building, staff from receptionist, nurses and Dr's are amazing."
"I have no choice but to leave a 1-star review. We choose here for our infant pediatrics, and what a mistake that was. Our initial visit was pretty good, although we quickly realized we never got to see our pediatrician, or if we did, it was for brief seconds at the end. Instead, we had residents and students to work with, some who show their inexperience immediately. We also had no choice on which resident or student to see. We tried talking to the front desk about wanting to see our pediatrician, and the respond I got - "Oh, they don't do that. You can't see your pediatrician here." If that wasn't enough, our 2-week appointment was joined with a 1.5 hour wait in the waiting room - with an infant. By the time we got seen, our infant was hungry and we were exhausted. They had no explanation nor even acknowledgement of the wait. On top of that, the practice requires us to agree that if we miss appointments, they can drop us. If they miss it, not even an acknowledgement, explanation, or apology. On top of that, the resident we saw during this meeting had no mannerisms towards my wife, struggling with postpartum, and was completely incorrect on his concerns over our baby's weight, as he was comparing an incorrect measurement. Our baby gained weight (even proven in their records, if you take out the incorrect measurement), but he didn't listen. When we gave concerns on behavior we saw, he ignored us and just repeated the textbook. Our 1-month visit also had another 2-hour wait. That was it. The end. We're going somewhere else now and it's fantastic compared to this train wreck. I will say - the lactation office inside this building is amazing, and they were very helpful to my wife during our initial stages of learning how to breastfeed successfully."
