"Went in for a tour of Primrose Brookhaven, and it was an awful experience. The Director of Admissions, gave us the tour. At the end of the tour, we asked how often we should follow up since we were being placed on the waitlist. We were expecting a response like "email us monthly to let us know you are still interested". Instead, we were told that they like to receive gifts and that's how parents can show their interest. The examples of gifts that they like were "nice champagne bottles and Braves tickets". This was very shocking to hear, and completely turned us off."

"We did it a tour here and I’ve never been more disappointed by a manager. The whole tour she was so arrogant and literally asking parents to pass by and bring “donuts” and gifts so that they would be on top of the list and have a higher chance?? Umm what!! In addition, they had intercoms and they kept on warning the teachers that a tour is coming like they have to be perfect and act up. Why would a parent want to send their kid to such a place? Also, they are the most expensive and I am so happy that there are better around the area."

"This place is awesome! There are so many good things about the folks at Primrose Brookhaven. The owners, Jarrad and Olivia Vaughn, are hands on from start to finish and will make your family feel comfortable with choosing this as your daycare. Our son started in the infant room and is working his way up the ranks. Every staff member along the way has been kind and courteous, encouraging his growth and development. Cookie Fridays, Hat Parades, etc. This place will feel like home to you."

"Like many parents we placed a tremendous amount of effort and research into finding the best place for our first child to attend when we both returned to work. After several school visits, meetings and asking for an insane amount of referrals, we chose Primrose in Brookhaven. At this time the building didn't exist and all we had was the word of Olivia (the owner) that this school and the staff that would work there would exceed all expectations. Yesterday our son turned two and the Brookhaven Primrose team have become more than a group of strangers that have been alongside my wife and I on this journey...they have become friends and family themselves. To witness your child learning things at such an early age and to see how well he has developed in this time is amazing. Daily communication from his teachers is exceptional and allows us to continue what he learns at school here at home. Any new parent reading this or anyone that is bringing your child to a day care for the first time...do your research and meet the owners, tour the facility. We certainly did and we are thankful for our choice daily. If we ever forget...our two year old son will remind us of how happy he is when he runs into the arms of his teachers."
