Since Faith assumed leadership, there has been a noticeable enhancement in the educational aspect of the center. She has adeptly incorporated more structured learning opportunities, enriching the children's experiences and fostering their cognitive development. "This was the most AMAZING place that I have ever experienced for children and my grandchild until the new director FAITH stepped in. As soon as she walked in NUMEROUS people either resigned or got fired. She is incredibly improper, unprofessional, incompetent, UNKIND, manipulative etc. She dresses unprofessional wearing slippers throughout the classrooms and showing cleavage constantly. In fact, it is said through rumors that she is having a relationship with a woman in one of the classes that is a “stud”. They are constantly alone in the office together every night for the past weeks. In her first week, she was instructed, per the policy, not to bring anything with nuts due to allergies. Faith disregarded the instructions specifically from her regional manager, and did it anyway, putting current children who had major peanut allergies, in harms way. If you feel like your children’s needs are not being met it is because of the amount of stress that she is putting on her employees by creating a hostile work environment. TWO of the directors have left because of her and she has only been in the center for under six months. Lastly, she shows partiality towards African-American children, instead of showing all children equal respect. THIS LADY IS pure EVIL. And then calls herself a Christian."

"Both of my children placed in gifted in 1st grade and have followed that advanced curriculum into high school - thanks to the care and education they received at Creme East Cobb. Can’t say enough about how thankful we are that my children were so confident and well prepared! Also, and equally important, we didn’t find out about one of my children having a severe tree nut allergy until 1st grade. So very thankful for Crème’s allergy practices!"
