Reviews of Little Champions Learning Center
"I would appreciate it if they took more care in the appearance of the facility. The carpets are very dirty! And the poor kids lay all over them. Very unsanitary. A lot of the kids nose run all day and they don’t bother to clean their face until you pick the kid up. I think the owner needs to hire more help. The class sizes are a bit too large for the teacher. If you go by, you’ll see for yourself"
"The director at this daycare is beyond unprofessional. I’ve called multiple times regarding potential employment. She first answered the phone with a “yeah”. When I hung up and called back (thinking I called the wrong number) she answered and did a mini interview over the phone stating she didn’t have time for me to come in which was new to me and a red flag. She expressed that although I have a TCC she can’t pay me over $13/hr which isn’t my problem. It’s the way she said it. Almost like a “I don’t care what certifications you have, this is what I can pay”. When I asked her questions about regulations at the school, she responded “What that is?”. Ugghhh it grinds my gears to know there are people like this running a child care center. Please seek professional and simple vocabulary help."
"My son is hearing impaired and wears cochlear implants and they welcomed him with open arms. The teachers graciously fix them when they slip off and at nap time. I have noticed a difference in his speech and demeanor since starting here. All 3 of my children (under 5) attend here and love it. The director Mrs. Whitney is the sweetest and actually cares about the children’s well being and health and I’m so pleased I found this place."
"I had to wait a couple of days to calm down just to write this. My son nose was running he is not sick. He has enlarged adenoids surgery already scheduled however I can see the concern when around other kids if his nose is really bad which is not a problem. But to send me a picture of my son crying and snot running down his nose versus just wiping it is beyond me . Especially when my son fell outside and had a black eye but no picture was taken of that or one call. They worried about sanitation but have all the kids of different ages as well in one cemented room. Overall not a good place to have your kids. If you want affordability okay then fine but anything else run! My sister came to pick my son up as soon as she dropped him off one of teachers went to back and whisper to another “there go kj” like is this not a safe place for kids and if my son is a problem say that don’t be funny and mean towards him. If you want better for your kids then choose better this not it."
"I absolutely love it here, my daughter is 9 months and has been coming here since birth. Initially, I was nervous about leaving my newborn, but after my first visit I felt more at ease. The center is extremely clean and well kept, IT SMELLS GOOD which speaks volumes about them on it's own. The energy in the center is great and always positive along with the workers. Everyone that I have encountered here has been a blessing to both my baby girl and I, but especially that Mrs. Whitney. I'd definitely give more than 5 stars if I was able."
