"Initially I was excited for my daughter to join Kids Haven. My first visit went really well. My daughter took a liking to the staff. I contributed to the classrooms needs and made sure to do my part as a parent. My daughter was at kids have for only a few months before I received an email saying my daughter was dismissed from the program effective immediately!!! I was so disheartened to be receiving this news via email. No call had been attempted. I arrived to get my child and i had to initiate speaking about why we were dismissed from the program . I then asked for suggestions and alternatives to help but the had none. If it truly takes a village then where is the support for parents? I had also paid my fees in advance and was not offered them back. I then asked for my remaining funds and was written a check. I wish there was supposed provided. I wish teachers were able to suggest alternatives or resources for children and parents to better understand and handle behavior and mental situations. My young child is very sorry and sad to have to find a new daycare but hopefully the next one will be the village of support."

"If you want the best safety and security for your child then send them to Kids Haven ! As a young mom who just made a big move from NYC to Georgia, i was completely scared and didn’t know who to trust with my kids but from the moment i stepped foot into this facility, i have never felt so certain that the staff would make sure my kids safety was their priority!! They actually help lots of families in this community and great at assisting those with language barriers.They are so reassuring and contact me via ClassDojo with daily updates on the activities my child is learning about ! I would recommend them to anyone especially parents who value safety ! Super grateful for this preschool and their staff ❤️"

"If you love your kids, you will not bring them to this daycare. They are very irresponsible. They really don’t care about your child’s well-being. My daughter was in this daycare and every day that I will pick her up she would have a new bruise I would bring it to their attention And the lady in charge of the location would tell me that she doesn’t know how she got that that it wasn’t at the daycare. The lady in charge is very rude. All she care about is her money and she does not know how to speak to people once again, if you honestly love your children, you will not and I mean you will not put them in this daycare. All the good reviews of this daycare are probably fake because there is no way that anybody that has their kids in this daycare would leave a positive review."

"This daycare is AMAZING. What sets them apart from the other daycares? Their staff. These incredible women don't just do the job of simply watching your kids, they develop genuine bonds and care for the kids they work with. This is a daycare that makes you feel like more then just parents dropping off kids. They treat their parents and kids like family. If your looking for a daycare, that will not only take care of your kids but help them to better develop their social and learning skills, this is the ideal daycare for you. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each and everyone of the staff that work here. They really know the kids and it shows in how my children react to seeing them. They can't wait for morning to come so they can join their friends and amazing teachers the next day. Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Erika are incredible women and wonderful incredible women. They go above and beyond for my kids. I feel blessed and at ease knowing my children are in excellent hands at kids haven."
