"The level of professionalism at this institution leaves much to be desired. There have been instances where the staff has displayed petty behavior towards students. For example, my child's superhero cape was discarded and his mask was recklessly tossed onto the top of a tall cabinet, deliberately out of reach. (A ladder had to be used to retrieve it) The management of the classrooms and facilities is subpar, with decisions seeming to be influenced more by personal friendships than professional qualifications. In addition, there are alarming indications of substance abuse, including alcohol and drugs, among the management. This raises serious concerns about the institution's ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. On one occasion, my child, like any typical 3-year-old, had a tantrum and struggled to sleep. Following this, the teacher refused to offer any assistance to my child. As a single parent, I was taken aback when I was told during a conference that my child "lacks something at home." My background is in education, and I have never seen such operation in any educational facility. They are consistently understaffed, with no one present at the front desk to welcome or assist parents. To add to this, the tuition rates are exorbitantly high, not aligning with the standards of neighboring areas. The culmination of my concerns happened when I tried to discuss these issues with the management. The owner, Shannon, aggressively snatched paperwork from my hand in front of my child. Later, I discovered that changes had been made to my child's emergency contact information in his personnel file without my prior knowledge or consent. In addition, they rapidly deleted all messages in the Procare app so that I may not use them against them. Will be taking this matter up legally as well."

"They are great with our kids and very clean. Our son has learned a lot while attending. The only thing preventing them from getting 5 stars is they are closed more than a bank and are very expensive. They have started adding in extra days off around holidays in which you still have to pay. They are also closed for a full week between Christmas and new years, and they still expect payment. They used to offer a small discount for a second child and 1 week a year you could keep your child out without payment. Both of those incentives were removed. The teachers are all great and my son genuinely likes going to day care. The only negative is having to pay them while they don’t watch my kids. If you have 2 kids enrolled it’s about $800 a week. I understand you need to pay while the kid is sick and on federal holidays, but adding an extra day before most Monday holidays and then a full week off at Christmas if over the top."

"I have been here at this Primrose for almost 3 years now and I LOVE it! Coming from another center and not having the best experience, I was blown away by this school. The first thing I noticed was how structured and organized the classes were , allowing the kids to learn on a schedule! The curriculum is amazing and allows for each child to learn and thrive in their own way! I also love the support that management gives its teachers to be able to build an awesome classroom for the kids! I’m so happy to have found a work environment that I absolutely love! I recommend this place to anybody looking for childcare!"
