"This was my first time eating here. I got two #3s. I requested to try the three sauces.as I have never been there before. When I got home I had six sauces all the same! The wings were good and the rice could have really used some yum yum sauce. I will definitely check my order if there is a next time since there is a communication issue with someone not understanding what I mean when I ask for the three different sauces. I don't know why I am made to feel like this was my fault, when the person packing my order should do the double checking before I do a check if they didn't understand what I was saying and just put six of the same thing in my bag! Check your orders folks!"

"I just purchased the five piece wing and the street rice from this establishment. The person that took my order was Nazaria, who was very polite and informative prior to ringing up my order. I requested to have all flats for my five wings, and she brought it to my attention that there would be a dollar up charge for the five piece wing meal. I asked her when was this established because I’ve been here since they’ve opened, and I haven’t heard this. I proceeded to ask the manager for the shift, and she told me that it is a dollar up charge for the 10 wings, and it is a button that the employers push in order to implement that. Nazaria informed the manager that I had five wings, so we assumed that that rule was not for my order. When the manager proceeded to say that it was for wings, I asked for clarity whether it was for 10 wings or five. Then the manager proceeded to say “ I’m sorry that I can’t give you a dollar discount, I did not make the rules.” I felt very disturbed, because that was not the point of it all. I was simply asking for clarity, and she was rude about it. Me and the employer were looking as if we were both confused because we were just asking about it for five wings. How it ended was me simply asking her again for the final time, “ so is it for 5 wings or is it for 10 wings???”. She proceeded to say, “ yes it is also for five wings.” I declined on getting the dollar up charge and just proceed with having the regular order. The whole point of this is just me bringing it to the owners attention, that customer service is very important, as well as effective listening being in this field of management. People come and spend their money to your establishment, and it is an investment as well as an exchange. My experience with this establishment has been well every single time, up until this time.. people don’t mind supporting your business, no matter the price, as long as you are clear and kind. I hope that the owners of this establishment talk to this manager and bring it to her attention to listen next time versus just talking. I will no longer be supporting this establishment, just because of that experience. Again, Nazaria gave wonderful customer service. The manager did not …"

"Let me tell you, somebody better name this chicken! I was wonderfully surprised at my first visit. I ordered the fried rice and 5 wings with a slider side. Everything was on point. The sauces were saucy and were flavored exactly as advertised, and the fried rice, oh my!!! They gave me plenty of extra sauces and packed my meal in the most thoughtful way, to keep kt crispy and delicious. Will definitely be eating here again. Oh yes, wonderful drink selection. Watch the alcohol during working hour though!!! Woot woot!"

"No Name Chicken can be named delicious. The chicken tenderloins were a good size and cooked well. The breading wasn't too thick and was seasoned well. The restaurant was clean. Tables and chairs were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. One staff member (owner maybe) came by our table to make sure everything was good for us. Was a little messy to eat, but there were lots of wet naps at the table to clean hands. Stop by and check them out."

"So glad we tried this new place today! We had the No Name #2 with 2 different sauces (Cali Chik (tasted sweet and a bit spicy) and Mild). Wings were cooked perfectly and were still crunchy despite the tasty sauces on them. Wings were decent sizes too. I'm going to try the street fried rice with our wings on our next visit. Friendly staff! Update: Went back and I tried their street fried rice and it was delicious!! Has lots of fried egg pieces in it with just the right amount of seasoning. Will order this item again! I tried other sauces (Louis Louis, lemon pepper, gangnam style, orange panda) on our wings.... you really can't go wrong with any of the sauces; they're all tasty. Going to try the sliders on my next visit."
