"On February 10, 2023, I was at our IORA's office parked outside as requested waiting on a Covid test from one of their employees. Another of the company's employees backed her car into my car at a high speed. We were told by the employee that they would cover our deductible if needed . The employee driving the car was not a named insured on her mother's policy although the car was insured . The girl that hit us quickly changed her story after IORA briefed her. IORA quickly made it clear that they had no responsibility in this matter even though we were parked and waiting on their employee. I am 79 years old, this is my only car and it can't be driven. SHAME ON IORA!!!"

"Who do you trust? There is new trend in the healthcare industry, “Profits over patients” I was a patient at Iora for a very short time. Some of the folks there are very nice. Some are just outright disrespectful. In the year that I was a patient they never drew blood and I assume the cologuard test was lost in the mail. They claim to be focused on senior healthcare, we all know how important these test are to the health and well-being of the senior community. In this new business model they are very active in opening up these new pop-up locations. Once they receive your information they begin billing Medicare for services they may or may not have completed. When you are choosing healthcare for your family choose wisely and due diligently know the history of these types of medical care facilities and the services they provide. Caveat Emptor!"
