"Update 12/19...my previous review of Toni Lawrence (physical therapist) is still very high, but I'm extremely disappointed and upset with how I was treated by the evaluation manager. I felt I had been working great and making progress, then 2 weeks before the end of my insurance referral, I was given a "evaluation review", which is to me is a confusing process as you're asked a bunch of questions relating to your condition ( I have low back pain, and balance issues) and you must respond with a number (1-10) as to how you're doing. Apparently I responded with higher numbers than I should have and before I knew it I was "released" (i say kicked out) from the facility, even though I still had 2 weeks remaining on my referral. I was very upset and left the office crying. The front desk personnel had to console me because I was so upset. I really wanted to continue on as I had a good working condition with Toni and wanted to continue getting better. But that wont happen now, I've lowered my rating to 2 stars and dont tell them you're making progress..................I've been working with Toni Lawrence at Physio. She is a wonderful physical therapist. She's very professional and personal in her approach and coaching. As a result my pain issues are improving and I'm really happy about getting better."
