"The staff is very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, I cannot say the sessions worked for me after a few months of going and regular visits for ongoing pain issues. The compression machine is nice. As far as the ambiance, it can be a relaxing experience if it isn't too busy or noisy, but don't go expecting a spa experience. You're in shared space. I do think my sleep improved slightly. That's a plus!"

"I highly recommend trying this if you’ve never heard of cryotherapy!! The benefits are endless, immune boosting, sleep quality improving, energy boosting…. Plus, never have I ever been so spoiled than by the people who work at and run this Icebox Cryotherapy Peachtree!! From the moment I walk in the door, there are friendly, smiling faces to greet me in an environment that’s calm, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Chill vibes in the music and in the energy throughout the whole place. When I was going in for my first 3min icebox session, Katie explained everything I needed to know for general benefits of what cryotherapy brings, as well as the specific benefits that it would give to me for my current aches and pain. I’m a professional wrestler and my shoulder, neck and entire posterior side of my left leg and right knee were all feeling terrible and interfering with my performance. I was able to come in 10 times in two weeks with their unlimited membership and I immediately felt my body healing and feeling better after each session. I haven’t stopped since I noticed how beneficial and immediate it is to my recovery. On top of that, I feel energized for the rest of the day, I sleep better at night and my skin looks and feels tighter. After the icebox session I’ll stick around for leg compressions (they call it a “freeze and squeeze” and I love that! Haha). When I sit in the lounge chair all cozied up after the freeze, they offer a cup of hot tea! The perfect combination. The leg compressions are giant leg sleeves that fill up with air and applied pressure around the entire leg in sections. The way it inflates and deflates in sections feels like a massage that no human could possibly do so simultaneously. This place is my favorite place to decompress, recovery and give back to my body in a way that will help me to sustain all my pursuits in life.
