"To say they are incompetent is kind. Trying to be a new patient. So many things were input incorrectly from the information given, from addresses and names to insurance information. I was originally told my insurance wasnt covered, when the doctor was listed as covered through my insurance and the website listed my insurance as covered by her. They do not call back when they say they will. They do not answer the phone when its even close to their lunch hours (not during. Close to). Overall cancelled appointment and will no longer even try to see them from how badly everything was mishandled from the start."

"Very rude and unprofessional staff up front. They act like they have no idea what they are doing. Won’t answer the phones and when you do show up they lie and try to charge you more money. Won’t even tell you upfront prices. I’m assuming they are all about money and don’t care about their patients."

"their service is HORRIBLE. they left me waiting for somebody to answer my call for 30 minutes then a lady picked up. she asked for my name and then said “give me a minute please” and HUNG UP mid call!! i called back and asked to schedule my appointment and cancel one due to personal reasons. i was mad but at least i got the appointment date changed, right? NO! they still sent a message saying that the previous appointment date was still up. I WAS MAD. We still came in for the appointment though even though it was their mistake and For context: my family member has taken 2 different allergy tests showing what he is allergic to. TWO YEARS and no medications help stop his severe allergies. and so we decided to take him to get allergy vaccines that he will take for the rest of his life. One of the doctors that has been attending him AND GAVE US THE ALLEGY RESULTS said he is ineligible to recive them because he has “no allergies”… Like what….??!! you literally have told us his results and given us various medications for the past two years (that didn’t even work) after YOU diagnosed him and now claim he has “nothing” You’re absolutely unprofessional and a horrible business."

"I cannot speak to the skills of the Dr's here as I have cancelled all future appointments for my husband. I have recieved 5 collections notices since paying his bill in full. (Which was also $300 for a 10 minute consultation to schedule the tests his Dr had already referred him for.) I have called the office 3 times to sort it out, and the first 2 times they said to ignore the notices. Everything was fine. We owed nothing. The 3rd time I was told they would leave a note for one of the administrators to speak to collections to stop the notices as we had no balance due. But here we are with another collections notice! It doesn't matter how good the Dr's here might be if this is how their billing department is run."

"The entire office always greets me with a smile, gives me their undecided attention, and takes the time to engage with my son on a personal level. I usually only wait 5 minutes tops, and the doctor is in the exam room within the 10 minutes of us getting settled. Dr. Crocker has wonderful bedside manner and makes sure to cover all the basis when it comes to my son and his allergies. This office understands the concept of not rushing service and care!"
