"I don’t know where to even begin. To be honest if I could take stars away to have a negative amount I would. I went in for an annual and to discuss some options due to some issues I’m having. The PA I saw was very sweet, listened, gentle, etc. it was every doctor there after that just jerked me around getting more money out of me. I saw one doctor who said yes you need surgery, I don’t do them I’m going to send you to a different doctor. Had an appointment IT GOT CANCELLED AND THEY NEVER CALLED ME! If I didn’t check my chart for appointments I wouldn’t have known it was cancelled. I should’ve stopped there but didn’t. I finally was able to see that doctor. Had to see another and guess what happened? I had an appointment and they called and said it was cancelled. Literally 15 minutes before I was going to leave work for the appointment. That doctor basically told me due to my choice in football team I support and him being the rival school he wasn’t doing my surgery. They referred me to someone else for a different issue and he said they need to do it all when they already told me they won’t do both at the same time. Luckily that doctor referred me to someone amazing. I will never set food in this joke of a medical office again. They never took complaints seriously, barely called you back, were rude, jerked you around. This was an awful awful experience. If you value your body and your time do NOT go here."

"They need to train there front end staff better. They lack compassion and the service they give lacks respect. They speak to you as if you are a bother to them yapping amongst each other. It’s as if when you enter as a patient you have to wait until they are done with they small talk with each other and when you request information you’re a big bother. I was pleased with my OB up until she placed the BC implant in my hand and I feel it was done incorrecrly because I’ve had constant asking irritation and my cycle has yet to stop 6 months later. I visited the office to get it taken out and what do you know they required $300 for their screw up."

"Went to this location for an appointment had my insurance card on file and they refused to see me. Because they said we needed one that was from this year. I explained that it was on file when I checked in. I stated my insurance has not changed in the last 4 years. I have the same member ID and my copays remain the same even when they checked on there system. I told her I had an older copy of my insurance card in my phone she said oh that's fine I showed her what it was and she said oh we can't accept the older copy. She wanted me to be treated as a self-pay patient even though I have insurance. I have never really had an issue with this facility until today and seriously considering changing doctors due to such a bad experience with their office staff. I asked to speak with the office manager and the person at the front refused.​​​​​ This appointment has been rescheduled twice at this point and they wanted me to reschedule again and there was no way they were going to get me in before the end of the year. This is the second time that I have driven all the way out here for an appointment and not been seen. The first time I came out here for my appointment they messed the date up in their system, today I check in and they want me to be self pay or reschedule. This was not okay with me."

"I’ve used Maternal Gynerations for 15 years since moving here. At my last annual exam, my provider told me she was retiring and I’d see someone different next year. Fast forward to “this” year. I was anxious about the appointment. However, I saw Jo for my exam, and she was fabulous! All the staff were professional and helpful. It was a bonus that I was able to have my mammogram and bone density screening following the annual exam. I’d highly recommend MG and especially Jo to anyone who, like me, is a woman of a “certain age.” And who doesn’t love a practice who decorates for Breast Cancer Awareness month using the theme “Treasure Your Chest”!! Five stars all the way!"
