"Gave me a prescription and didn’t write how much to take and when on bottle or in printouts. Then I tried calling them, no answer and then were closed until Tuesday. Mind you this is Friday! So I’m left with a prescription I have no idea how to take for 3 days. Nice work!"

"So apparently you have to make an appointment to get a refill for birth control. On top of that have to wait just about 20 min for the doctor to say it’s okay for you to get your birth control pills….can this be any more of a waste of time. Super unsatisfying"

"Lawrenceville, GA location… 10:30 appt. Waiting over an hour to be told to use a client portal. They put in the wrong information for me. Still waiting. Have seen 4 separate female clients walk in and have seen 2 walk out having been prompted at a locked door and given access. Called administrative numbers and was told there is “one more person” before you and then you will be called in. Or she would be happy to reschedule me. Is my time so worthless to them? Perhaps I have need of their services. After an hour and 15 min. Maybe I don’t."
