"The truth is I don't even know where to start with this review. There's so many things wrong with this place. We had the most unpleasant experience at this location. The staff at this place are NOT well qualified nor they have the capacity to take care of their patients (specifically children). Even with an appointment scheduled theres always a 2 to 3 hour wait to be seen. We had to request to see the Dr. otherwise we would always be seen by their unkempt nurse (she always has a bad appearance, like she just woke up). The Dr. told us to change the baby in the car (when it was FREEZING outside!) because they dont allow patients to change their babies inside the office. That is just ridiculous and unacceptable considering that they are a pediatrician office. On top of that they dont have trash cans in the rooms or restroom. They also don't have tissue paper in the rooms and the sinks don't work. To me that is just unsanitary. Do not waist your time coming here. Our children deserve better service than what is been provided at this place. The Dr. does not acknowledge nor cares for her patients and her staff is useless."

"Anybody who gives this place anything above 1 star is lying… I am reporting from the parking lot right now as I’ve been here since 11:33 and it is 12:53 and I’m still waiting for a room to become available for my APPOINTMENT! I called the office at 12:17 to ask what was going to be an estimated time to be seen as we have already been waiting for 45 mins for our appointment at 11:30. I was told there were two people still waiting on rooms ahead of me and that she “doesnt know what else to tell me”. She keeps telling me in the system that there are people waiting and I asked her to as a dr if I should leave and come back in a hour or so and she said she wouldn’t advise I do that but also couldn’t tell me how much longer. I’m here for a sick visit for my 11 month old and he is extremely restless now and tired of sitting in this car waiting. She told me that she “thinks” it would be another 30 mins and to wait until then. My question to her was is that a realistic estimate with 2 other families still waiting in front of me and her response was “I don’t know”. At this point I have better luck at urgent care very poss poor service and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS DONT LET THE 5 stars fool you!!!!!"

"I have been bringing my kids here a little over 4 months now, horrible service. Front office is wonderful the Dr takes her sweet time coming into the rooms to spend all of 15 minutes. Every visit has been WELL over 2 hours. That makes no sense. Nor does she acknowledge or apologize for the wait.. if you can’t handle seeing patients then why not see less people. This drives me insane and makes me not want to bring my kids. Obviously time management is not at this office what so ever."

"The customer service is excellent, they don't make you wait… when you go to the room, the nurse arrives immediately. I just waited a little for the doctor but that happens everywhere you go. I am very happy with Dr. Odusina, she is the doctor of my two girls since they were born, I really have no complaints."

"Today was my family's last appointment at this practice. I have not been happy with them since I took my children for their yearly check up last year. We just moved to Lawrenceville our previous pediatrician was to far so we decided to come here. Since the first visit, I noticed that their waiting time was longer than usual but since the location was convenient I decided to give them another chance. Every time we went back, the waiting time kept growing longer and longer. To start the front desk gives me paperwork to fill out, it was the same packet that I had to fill out the first time I was there and as I told the staff that my child was not a new patient another staff from the other side of the desk raises her voice and tells me that I have to fill it out. After 30 minutes in the waiting room we were asked to to to a room. The room they gave us was still occupied by the previous patient which was being checked by the doctor. After waiting for another 30 min we were called to go to the room. Our appointment was at 1:30pm and we were not seen by the doctor until 3:00 pm. Once she comes in she starts checking the paperwork that I have filled out and starting asking questions about it in a very spicy way. I only put my cell phone number and she asked me if I did not have any other number, when I told her not she said are you sure?!?! Yes, I am sure! Then she continues to flip thru the packet and get to the paper where you as a parent authorize some else to take you child to the doctor and I left it black because I do not have any family here, so no one besides me or her dad will take her to the doctor and she asked me to authorize my self and her dad. When I ask her why she said that I needed to authorized someone which makes no sense because I am the person filling out the paperwork... When I retuned the paper she said yes please, give me my non sense paper... rude!! Over the entire visit she was making comments that were out of place, when I told her that this was going to be our last visit she replied with "at least we agree on something" After that she took me to the front desk to be "discharged from her practice" and expected me to pay $15 for my child's medical records!!! Horrible experience... To my fellow Hispanic please look for another pediatrician for your child! This practice is not worth it!!!"
