"Update 11/8/23: What a difference a couple of days make!!! While the receptionist was not markedly better, I could see she was trying to be pleasant, and I give out points for effort! What made this an absolutely wonderful visit was that the NP’s were hands down terrific!! I am much more of an NP person myself anyway having ditched the MD’s around ‘96/‘97. They were informed, knowledgeable, affable and exceptionally thorough in their discussion with me. After discussing my issues with me (not talking at me as some practitioners are prone to do), I agreed with their assessment to return after some more obvious and pressing issues were addressed elsewhere. While I am not currently a patient, my information is on file and should my pain not be adequately addressed by other providers, I will definitely return and I would hands down recommend this practice for anyone who needs pain management. I researched the program, which seems extremely old school effective, while simultaneously being progressively cutting edge. I will not seek out pain management from traditional sources like surgical or medicinal, but will assuredly contact Neuragenex for their program and care. I’m glad I gave this group another chance to make a better lasting impression! 11/6/23: I will update once I've actually seen someone. HOWEVER, the front office personnel at this location is abysmal! The most disappointing part for me as a black woman is that she is African American and falls right into the horrific rolling-eyes, attitude, too-bothered-and-put out by doing her job stereotype that so many of us successfully fight against in our workplaces daily. I will say that I happened to run into Dr. Wu who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I hoped to get her; however after reading her bio information, it is more likely I'll get Dr. Williams. Here's hoping that he's able to live up to the stellar reviews for this establishment. I also dealt with Tracy in the central call center and she was also refreshingly pleasant. It's a shame that first impressions are absolutely lasting ones. This place could stand to retrain or replace their receptionist."
