"Unfortunately I will longer be going to Dr. Henry not because of him, but the staff. I called 5 times and was put on hold for 5 minutes each time the last and finally time i expressed how displeased I was about being placed on hold AGAIN I was hung up on. I’ve been going to Dr. Henry for 11 years but after covid it seems that their staff don’t give a damn about appointments and are rude for no reason. The wait time is starting to be ridiculous had an appointment at 10:00a.m. didn’t leave until 12:30. So proceed with caution."

"Dr. Henry is very knowledgeable and made my baby girl feel safe. My appointment went so well I wanted to refer my entire family but when I bought my other daughter they turned me away because I had my 5 year old and they said I could not bring her in with us. I had no one to watch her so we had to leave. This happened in 2023 so it wasn't in the thick of COVID. I have no problem wearing a mask but to turn us away felt wrong & they had us waiting in the cold before they opened the door. I was not pleased so unfortunately I cant go back since I almost always have both my girls with me."

"I have been coming to this center for at least 4 years. I got up early this morning to continue to patronize this establishment. However, apparently my 7 year old daughter isn't welcome. I was unwilling to leave my daughter in the lobby with complete strangers, so the front desk person asked a person in an office and she reluctantly said okay. This is only after I made the argument about what was the difference of my daughter was the one being seen?? By the way, space was the reason I was given as to why both my daughter and I couldn't go in the back to be seen. So after the front desk person spoke with the person in the office and got the "ok" , the front desk person had to come back out and reiterate that in the future my daughter couldn't come back with me if she wasn't the one being seen. So... with that said, my daughter, myself, and my wife have been customers here for years; however, no longer."

"Really helped me out when I had a scratched cornea, staff was professional and caring. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Dr. Henry was compassionate and took the time I needed, I feel very fortunate just need drops for a few weeks."
