"Cynthia Wynn is very unprofessional and will tell you she's going to do something and then won't do it. I had to do a drug evaluation for probation and I was just suppose to go do an evaluation. I was forced to do a drug screening and pay for it even tho it wasn't part of what was recommended by the judge. My drug screening was negative but she then turned and said at the time I took the test I was legally drunk. What makes this so funny is that I'm a 230lbs man and had one drink 2 days before I went to see her but I was "legally drunk". Now I'm at risk of being violated on my probabtion which I've worked so hard to complete. Do not waste your time or money with her or this place because it will do nothing but hold you back from moving forward in life!"

"I went to Dr.Cynthia bc i had been in an abusive relationship that caused me some legal trouble and i had to get an A.M. evaluation. She charged me for an hour but was on her phone trying to update it and texting and messing with her radio for the first 20 minutes. At the end she said, "Doesnt seem like you need A.M. classes but maybe a few domestic violence education classes would be helpful. I'll call you in a week and send your lawyer the report." She never called me... I called and my lawyer called her several times for 3 weeks after that and she'd always say "I'll do it tomorrow" everytime i spoke to her. Finally the day before my court date she called at 8pm and says she's writing the report and said i needed 8 A.M. classes and 6 D.V. classes. (As if i was the abuser and the victim) Then starts talking about her payment plans assuming id be using her again (HA! what a joke!) ... The morning of my court date my lawyer still hadn't receive the email of my evaluation report until i was actually sitting in the court room for already 2 hrs. I could have been put on trail bc of her unprofessionalism and procrastination. Dont waste your time here."
