"Worst service"
"I enjoy being around the staff and Doctors they make you feel at ease and help you understand your concern"
"My mom was ambulanced to Emory hospital on 8/26/2018. Fast forward 6 hours later, my mom was dying. Had to decide to give her care, per doctors in the ER that she would not survive after receiving through the night anyway, or put her in Hospice. My mom I wanted to pass peacefully since I was assured she would not make it through the night. Dr. Taj is the pallative doctor for this place at the time my mom was admitted. I was promised and per the paperwork, 72 hours of life saving medicines which they told me were on order from the er to the hospice floor- she NEVER received anything. Not even an IV. I asked the two night staff personnel to call me when my mom woke up... They give them "comfort" medicines that knock them cold out. I wanted to see my moms eyes and find out her state after waking up. She woke, screaming, and they simply dosed her back up ignoring my request/order. Never Ever Called Me. My mom made it through the night, on nothing... nothing. I was upset and requested to speak to Dr. Taj... She wasnt coming to the hospital that day, she was as at another, but said she saw my mom. When?? I left @ midnight and was back @ 11am. They said she had not arrived. When I spoke to herby phone, and expressed my concerns that not only did she make it through the night, her staff dosed her up ignoring family request to be called so we could return, but the IV and "ordered medicines" NEVER came. She stated to me.. "Your mom was going to die, anyway"."
