"This is one of the most unprofessional doctor offices I have ever dealt with in my life. I am been trying to get a letter sent to my insurance company since 1/22/19 so they can can pay for a procedure. The medical assistant does not return calls or emails. If you want a staff who cares about your health as much as the doctor does DO NOT go to this office....period."

"I don't ever leave reviews but this place deserves a review. I requested a simple note for work which they keep referring to as a work excuse even though it is not. The note is just something stating that I am receiving medical treatment for back and neck pain, should I complain that I was in pain. I kept contacting the office for the note, and every time it was the same thing that Dr. Vargas was working on it and that they would call me. Never did anyone tell me anything about a HIPAA form that was sent to my email. Had I been told that during the month to acquire the simple note that I needed, not an excuse as I stated during every conversation with all the geniuses that work here, I would have easily filled it out and scanned it to be emailed to their office. During my finals and hectic work schedule I still never received any notice that I needed a HIPAA form to complete and never received a call about anything. My physical therapist sent them paperwork, and I had to call them to ask if they got it and still got no response for a doctor's note for work. Time went on and I went by the office and they stated that I would need to make another appointment after all this wasted time. The appointment is fine, but if they would have told me I needed to complete the form after numerous phone calls (about 5-7) and a follow-up appointment that would have been fine; however, I was never informed or contacted for anything. Eventually I spoke with Krys the manager there and canceled my account and had them send all my records to my physical therapist who gave me a simple note stating that I receive treatment for back/neck pain. The physical therapist had me fill out the HIPAA form in office and gave me the note. What really gets me is that after canceling my account, I get a call the same day to confirm my follow-up appointment!! There really is no chain of communication with this office. How can you confirm my appointment if Krys supposedly is so in charge but can relay a simple message. The treatment for a simple form me makes me agree with all bad reviews about this place that I never experienced before. Really a disappointment."

"I am so happy and my friends and family is happy as well. For a person that has never been sick before, I have a heart blockage. Which scared me too pieces. Dr. Morris office monitors my heart very closely. The staff has great customer service and made sure my heart procedure was comfortable and safe. "Hands down the most unprofessional medical experience... On the surface this practice seemed to be a good fit for me but after being treated like a joke, I can safely say AVOID THIS PRACTICE. I went in with hopes of a proper diagnosis from a medical condition that has been lingering for years now. Upon my first visit I was required to receive a physical, the nurse told me " you probably aint getting a full physical because of your insurance". This was an immediate red flag, being as my insurance was confirmed upon my arrival however, I bit the bullet and continued with the process. I went back in for my initial diagnosis and was ordered up certain blood tests and any referring doctors I may have needed was suppose to be set up within in due time. So I actually left feeling like everything was good to go and awaited certain test results and to hear word on the referring physicians. Weeks pass and no word, so I decided to call in and find out with the delay was. After several phone calls and personal messages taken from the nurses telling me the doctor would personally call me back, I never heard from them. Shortly thereafter I received an email with several diagnosis that were simply not accurate in fact they were female related. Not sure what to think of this, I call in to find out the nurse and tells me " o we had to put something in" In all my years now 28, I have never heard of a doctor writing an improper diagnosis until it was official, especially ones that are clearly unrelated to me. They never gave me an legit explanation to as why they would write in such a asinine diagnosis without actually ever properly doing so. After all of this heartache I still had not heard from the doctor as I was promised and was left un contacted and without any closure on my condition. It actually took my Mother who was an existing patient, to call an threaten to take her business elsewhere for them to finally get back to me, and when they finally did they asked me what can we do to make this right? I thought to my self, well doing their job in the first place and in a professional manner is a given, and o ya how about attempting to get me healthy again, you know the whole reason I was there in the first place? Well none of that ever happened... I doubt they treat all patients like this, but the question remains why me? If you are looking for some one to take you're health and conditions seriously please avoid this place like the plague... Its obvious they pick and choose on the quality of service you will receive. To confirm, my experience was with Faye Vargas Morris and not her husband Michael T Morris, but at a whole the entire situation is inexcusable no matter the case. Stay healthy Atlanta just don't expect to receive the care and nurture you deserve from this horrid practice."
