"Dr. Danforth had already looked at my chart before she came in to see me, which meant a lot to me instead waiting until she was in my presence and scrambling through my chart which made me fill that she truly cared to about being on top of me before hand. She was very attractive and she listened to me without rushing me out of the exam room, she even gave me a chance to ask her questions and she made sure that I understood the results of my ultrasound. Very polite and caring and she even asked if I needed any refills and was there anything else that I wish to discuss with her. She didn't pressure me about anything. She maintained a very calm and positive atmosphere and tone of voice. This was my 1st time having her as my PCP.. All the ladies at the front desk are Always very pleasant with smiles and they will take time to talk and explain any concerns, they are the Best. I love them for the Great service they provide as well. The whole staff shows love and cares for us as more than just patients , they make me feel like family and welcomes me from the time I enter till the the time I exit the building. Environmental Service is Always keeping it clean and sanitize. Security is always alert and polite also."
