"Everyone in the office was friendly! Including the Doctor who saw me, Dr. Patel. Although my visit was somewhat informative, I do feel a bit robbed. As a self pay, I paid $210 upfront, just to be told some information that is free on google. Not only could they not prescribe anything for what the doctor guessed was a sebaceous cyst, but no recommendations/suggestions on what to do about the discomfort its caused me for about 2 1/2 years now (assuming there aren’t any). So essentially, I paid $210 for a conversation, & a guess of what the Doctor thought the knot could be. He stated it was too small to tell, but there were no options/payment plans for further evaluation (ultrasound, CT, X-ray), just to be certain. Nice facility, & again, nice people. But the healthcare system is more scam-likely these days it seems."

"My visit here was great. Fast & Friendly. I normally visit the location on Ponce but as I was heading there using the piedmont this location popped up. I will be returning here in the near future. Thanks for helping and being so kind and knowledgeable today. I was in and out within a hour!"

"I came in with a broken ankle, and the wait was a little long which was to be expected because of the holidays (it also seemed like they were understaffed. Get these folks some help Piedmont Urgent Care!). Waited about 2hrs, but once it was my turn the staff zoomed me through my X-rays, reviewed them with me and gave me a soft cast along with recommended next steps. During this process they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even offering a phone charger for my dead phone along the way. A seriously great customer service experience, and I felt confident and well informed in moving forward with my injury. Thank you to all the staff!"

"I was very pleased with the overall visit at this location. The faculty was very cleaned. Front desk staff very pleasant. The nurse pleasant and made sure she told me everything I needed to know while in her care. Nurse practitioner was very concern about my illness. Very detailed about the condition and what will help my condition. Discharge nurse went above and beyond to get my medication changed to another pharmacy. Hopefully I will not need to visit Urgent Care any more but if I have to this facility will be my first choice. Great job team!"
