"A very rude and unprofessional service provider! The receptionist named Bridget is very rude and aggressive! I went in for an appointment and said the doctor stepped away to the hospital to do rounds. Asked me to schedule with a nurse later on and then I asked to be seen by a doctor and rudely asked me to step out of the building. Again she went ahead rudely and then I asked for office manager wouldn’t connect me and said appointment was set up. Calling back after about a week she would hang up my calls but after the third day picked up and asked when my appointment date was but said she had went ahead and cancelled it and can’t be seen anytime anymore there. My doctor was Dr Lumpkins!"
