"ZERO stars..,! The staff is really bad.. the lady in front desk is very disrespectful.. you can tell she doesn't like her job. When you ask her a question she screamed and said "I'm not the doctor". . We know that but you can still help getting with the doctor.. she hung up the phone on me twice. She even said racial words."

"Was referred and called 2 days before initial appointment to reschedule and was told 8:30 April 1st. Upon my 30 minute early arrival they front staff informed me I was a no show last week and not on the schedule at all. No apology. Rude. The NP did not attempt to see why I was having symptoms and wanted to prescribe more antibiotics despite no indication of infection. I had a ct done in December for unrelated symptoms and she tried to initially use that scan from when I had none of the current symptoms to diagnose me. Not until I questioned further did she suggest another CT. No one took my blood pressure which has also been elevated. This was a waste of time. And someone should really check their overuse of antibiotics."
