"I went to this Walgreens number of times. I was visiting from Florida. Since this whole COVID pandemic the customer service is very bad. The only Associate welcomed you was the one who was at first register. The manager was not friendly my whole shopping experience there was awful poor customer experience"

"This pharmacy is very slow. I drove 20 miles to pick up my prescription from here. The prescription was called in this morning. I got there about 2, and was told 1 was ready, and 1 was not ready. I asked how long will it be before the other is processed, because it had been processing since this morning. The young guy said come back 15-20 minutes, and I'll have it ready for you. I went back an hour lady, and this young girl waited on me. She said we had one ready, and the other is still processing. I said ma'am, I was here about an hour ago, and the guy told me that he'd have it ready in 15-20 minutes. I took what was ready, and told her I'd bee back to pick the other prescription the following day. Needless to say, the prescription was not ready until after 5, going on 6pm."

"Pharmacy staff are often on the verge of rudeness and careless. They don't keep necessary stock on important items like insulin and always have to order more to fill my prescription. Don't EVER think that you'll pick up a prescription quickly!!! It takes these folks hours to fill a simple prescription. I worked at the location in Athens for a couple years and loved it! I was a loyal customer at the Perry location and loved it! Use this location now and HATE IT!"
