"Dr. Batchelor is wonderful. But, the operation of the office is not very positive. The pharmacy sends a notification for a refill and 2 maybe 3 days the refill hasn't been fulfilled. Today I called at 11:50 am to speak with a nurse about a refill. I was placed on hold said my call would be answered in approximately 3 mins minutes I was 1 st in line. After being told my call in 2 mins. 49 sec, after hearing this about 20 times and holding 15 to 20 mins. I hung up and called back only to find they went to lunch with me still on hold. I feel this needs to be addressed by the office manager"
