"I went to the office and spoke with the agent, he said he would call after he checked out the house with a quote a month passed and still no call I went in July 15th finally went back on August 18th bcuz he hadn't called although he said he made 1 phone call... Zach was rude and Nonchalant to me and his tone and demeanor with me was not acceptable and for that reason I will be using another agency .My point is I came to pay in FULL AND ZACH ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE IF I PAID OR NOT He also acted like he didn't want me in his office his attitude was NOT PROFESSIONAL!!"
