I went in for an ultrasound, told the front desk lady that’s what I was there for, waited 20 minutes before the ultrasound technician recognized me and asked the front desk lady, (front desk lady)”Oh I don’t know what she’s here for….” and looks back down at her phone. If you ever are looking in to this facility for treatment keep in mind, the doctors there are great, the office staff who “run” the front, have no idea what’s going on or how to handle anything in a professional manner."

My last visit was on a Friday at closing time and he was sick. He never once rushed me. He sat there and listened, looking me in my eyes and made me feel heard.
