"My kids had to get new health insurance and I called all the doctors in our area trying to find one that took their insurance and would accept new ADHD patients, all of them said no and told me to call life management. When I did all I was met with was nasty attitude from the patient registration person. She didn't try to help in anyway. Your customer service sucks."

"First of all let me say this: Google censors reviews! They deleted my review on another account. Now let me say this: this place is excellent and the main reason people don't like it is most people who come here are black. They have day treatment and therapy and doctors. One of the therapists is evil but hopefully fired my mom says she is. The doctor is good (it's Skype). The day treatment is why this is five stars. I am no longer shy! Highly recommend."

"I have only been there once but the staff seemed to truly have a positive attitude and care about others. Although it has been years since i have been there I'm sure that the staff now are all the same way. I would highly recommend this to someone who needs to speak to someone or that needed counseling in any way."

"Most of the clinicians and staff are very helpful and caring; however, there are some professionals that have a poor attitude in dealing with clients. The administration has enacted policies that are not helpful to clients. The new appointment policy is unrealistic and does nothing to help individuals that are suffering from mental illness."
