"I was referred here by my grief counselor. My first few visits with Dr. Strunk went well. And felt like I was making progress. My husband died then a year later my oldest child then my mother passed 2 months after that. I went for a regular visit and Dr. Strunk wasn't available so I was to see his nurse practioner. This woman told me that what my problem was is I just needed to find a purpose. Real dismissive as if I was a waist of her time. I of course was upset and said i would Never be back. I have moved and am doing well with my new Dr up in Gadsden. And now almost a year later, I received a bill in the mail for $130! Out of nowhere! Tell me does this not sound crooked to you? Update: My negative review is not because of an insurance issue. It is because of your rude unprofessional nurse practioner and shady business practices. And based off the other reviews on here, I am not alone in my thinking. How do 9 months go by before I receive any kind of bill? No mail, no phone calls, no text messages, no emails. Just this bill for services rendered 9 months ago after I refused to be a patient of your clinic."

"I have no good words for this practice. My daughter comes here for ADHD and it's a joke. Staff are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Dr. Strunk seems like he is either drunk or high evey time we see him. You can barely understand what he says( no he's not forgien.) I have to drive an hour to get here and have waited almost 2 hours to be seen, on more than one ocassion. Please don't use this practice try to avoid it at all cost."

"Went in today, my appointment was for 9:30. Went back about 9:45. Sat till 11:10, asked staff how much longer. They were very rude, he needs to see his patients on time. I was 20 min early for my appointment. I had things to do so I left. Girl at desk said I’ll need to call and reschedule! Um no he can reschedule when he is ready to see his patients on time!"

"My son was referred here. We are technically in the office now, and waiting to be seen. I really wish I had done my research before agreeing to come. The front desk ladies are in NO WAY professional. Like I said, this is my son first visit. I walk in and sign him in. Not one of the girls acknowledged me until I stood there for a few minutes and then finally asked was this a first visit! So we get paperwork and have been sitting almost an hour now. And not to mention she got my drivers license and his insurance card. With me sitting here almost an hour now, you shouldn’t need my license or his insurance card any longer! Make a copy and get me my stuff. This is ridiculous and he ain’t even went back yet!!"
