"An appointment time should be honored. I had a 10:40 appt this morning and showed up at 10:35. The staff was courteous and professional. They instructed me to wait in my car and they would call me on the phone when I was to be taken back. At 11:08 I went inside and asked if there was a delay and when did they expect to get me back. I was told it would be about another 20 minutes. This is totally unacceptable. I should have been told this when I showed up for my appt. A 50 minute wait for a scheduled appt is unreasonable. I understand emergencies and such, but I feel doctor’s offices use this excuse way too much to cover for poor scheduling. If this doctor showed up at my business and waited 50 minutes without explanation for a scheduled appt; I am certain this doctor would also find this unacceptable. This is a management problem and not an employee problem. The only reason they get two stars is because all of the employees were courteous and professional."

"They went out of their way to make sure that all my questions was answered and that I felt good about my glasses and made sure that they fit properly before I left. I will definitely come back to them again"

"I have always had wonderful experiences here. The building they were in was very outdated but now they have moved to a brand new office on the other side of town. (100% improvement on that.) The people here will always go out of their way to help in any way they can. My only suggestion is to not write a check here because they operate under a main office in Covington and it will be 30 days before it is processed. (unless changes have been made to that procedure)"
