"I liked this office a year ago when I could see a nurse practitioner in person. Since then, they've switched my provider and the service is no longer adequate. I scheduled a telehealth appointment because when I scheduled a physical office visit they just make me talk to a screen. I've got concerns that I can't communicate through a screen, I need a physical exam. They never called me for the appointment and it's been days. When my provider found a cyst on my thyroid a few months ago, she said she'd refer me to an endocrinologist. I never got a referral and when I called to let them know, they told me to call the referral office myself however the number she provided isn't in service. I'm tired of this facility not taking me or my health seriously. I'm finding a new office that takes my insurance but in the meantime this is my only option and I don't feel taken care of at all. I haven't seen a physical provider in over 6 months and I've been trying to be understanding but this is ridiculous."
