"I had a really great experience with Kylie and Dr Navin Tandon. They both answered all my questions and made an unfortunate experience due to my own fault (good ole box cutter finally got me) more enjoyable. I felt like they cared and were completely honest with me of what to expect. Thank you guys so much for helping me out. I live in locust grove and it’s nice to have 24hr emergency room so close without having to drive up to piedmont Henry. I waited only about 45 mins before being seen and everyone was really nice. I have a weak stomach when it comes to these kind of things but dealing with all the nurses and the dr definitely made the experience much better and they were understanding. FYI lidocaine shots on your finger is not a pleasant experience. But with a few choice words and a towel squeeze and you can get through it also. Also wear gloves when using a box cutter."

"I was admitted here with no medical insurance. I have yet to pay the bill, which I’m sure will be high (all ER visits are). But I wanted to say that every nurse and doctor here was very kind to me and had excellent bedside manners. I would hope I can continue to rely on them in future emergencies."

"There was a little good at this ER. The ladies in the front were very nice. Beyond that it is mostly bad. First the wait time is long when there were no people there. I mean for hours. When you finally get in the room it takes more hours just to see a doctor. The urgency of care is very low here. They also don't have typical tests and procedures that most ER's have. So if you need an ER that gets things done in an emergency or you have a serious illness. I think you should try another place."

"First time here brought my 7 month old baby for running nose, cough and a fever. I was seen right away by Stuart which also took my sons vitals and was very friendly and attentive. My son was also seen by Shannon and she was also great with with the baby making sure he had all the proper care and was informative. I give it 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Friendly staff, had no issues getting looked at for a pulled muscle in my back. Sidney was awesome checking me in and V was helpful when giving me a shot (which I hate getting). Overall a pleasant experience in spite of the pain I was experiencing!"
