"Very unwelcoming experience! I was referred to this business by a fellow Officer, for water births. My husband and I went to the facility for more information and possibly a tour. The blonde haired clerk had no knowledge of anything and I to ask for basic information such as pamphlets stating what all they offer and so on. I left my information for the midwife to call me since she was out of the office, and I never received a call back. Went a second time received the same nonchalant attitude, and this she referred me to another facility."

"I’ve loved this doctor’s office before I was even seen by them. Trying to schedule an appointment over the phone and they explained insurance etc. Dr. Sekhar is great! He really came through when it finally came to me delivering my baby: he talked me through it and helped me relax. This was my first pregnancy and my first baby so I was anxious. I plan to be cared by him for all my others! The staff is friendly as well. Brittany that answers the phone and checks you in is ALWAYS kind. I appreciate her! The blonde woman who brings you in to explain everything in her cute office was always great to see. The woman who did my first ultrasound was so awesome as well. She wore glasses I believe. Kaitlyn (I think was her name) was the one who did our gender ultrasound and she went above and beyond! So funny and helped us with our announcement. Every nurse that helped me was incredibly sweet. The appointments are very quick which isn’t a bad thing. The only thing I disliked is that they don’t print ultrasound pics!! That hurt my heart on my first experience of pregnancy haha. I recommend this office and staff. I hope to see them for each of my pregnancies!"

"I don’t even know where to start but my first question is how are they even in business and have their licenses?They are the most unprofessional doctors I’ve ever been to. I went in for a Pap smear and they just stuck the tool in me and not put any lube on my vagina or the tool, I’m not surprised if the tool wasn’t cleaned before they used it on me.They never alerted me when they left the room nor told me when I can come out the room. I had them order me a specific birth control and they never gave me instructions on how to use it. When I first scheduled the appointment I was told that the doctor was gonna explain how to use the birth control. I was supposed to go in for a birth control removal cause that’s what I scheduled as over the phone when I showed up to the office they told me I can’t get it removed because I’m new and will have to do an annual. It’s very unprofessional cause they told me on the phone I can get it removed who just tells someone they can get it remove then when they show up in office you don’t remove it next time give a heads up I’m glad I never got it removed from them God knows what type of damage their unprofessional self’s would cause to my body. I told them I wanted to do blood work and urine samples over the phone and they never did it. I think it’s weird how they have a 4 star rating it’s gotta be fake cause ain’t no way"

"I LOVED Dr. Shah and I knew the time would come when he would retire, but I wasn't ready. They moved me over to a Dr. Vella who has no personality and acted very cold towards me. It is hard starting over with a professional of this type. But I will be looking around for a new OB/GYN in the near future. Dr. Shah I miss you!"

"We went in to this office a few weeks ago and then went on a family trip so I haven’t had a moment to sit and post a review yet. The practice as a whole is amazing. My wife and I, being first time parents, were very pleased with how everyone took the time to address all of our questions. We are over the moon to be in such good hands. The only problem that we had was while my wife was waiting to get her blood work done, we had to hear the front desk receptionist (younger girl with light brown hair) have a wildly inappropriate conversation loudly while we were in the lab. This type of conversation should definitely be had in private especially since the topic was about doing “things” that should only happen in private. It was a really awkward situation for me and my wife felt like it was kind of a stain on our whole pregnancy experience. But, one unfortunate situation cannot be allowed to tarnish the whole experience. I can’t stress enough everything else that we experienced was above and beyond our expectations. We look forward to having a pleasant pregnancy experience with this team moving forward."
