"I highly treasure this fine-dine-in restaurant in downtown Chattanooga! Alleia, the place that showed me that I have a huge soft spot for lamb! I have never been so pleased with lamb before and now it’s my favourite meat. Along with this lamb dish, you’re served with what tasted like salted purple cabbage and the crispiest but puréed sweet potatoes you will ever encounter. The combinations of the food was delightful and simply beautiful, I would give it a 11/10 if I could. The hand dipped Ricotta Bruschetta Truffle Honey was a very fitting appetiser, overall the place is great and affordable for what they have to offer."

"The braised beef short rib was absolutely amazing and tender. The entire dish was incredible! My wife got the chicken gnocchi which was also good. I had an old fashioned to drink and it was great. No complaints at all! Alleia lived up to the hype in my opinion. Can’t wait to come back again."

"We visited Alleia for a birthday dinner. I ordered the tallegio flatbread and Caesar salad. It was delicious. Our hostess was prompt, personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and seemed to enjoy his job. His name was Jake and made my first visit feel extremely comfortable. The lighting was low with candles on the table. Overall it was a great experience and I will plan to visit again!"
