Even though I was late she assured me she would see if I could still be seen. While doing this she was very nice and professional, displaying great passion to her job, through making sure she was going to get back with me with a ‘yes’ sir you can be seen. Her bubbly attitude and her heartfelt willingness to help radiated which contributed immensely that all was well with my going forward with seeing the PA. I wish there were more people like Candace in all levels of a person’s profession, whether it was patient care or any job regarding dealing with people. The world would be much better.
