"It’s inconsistent at best. Sometimes it isn’t even necessarily due to understaffing or the place being packed, it’s almost as if the kitchen decides whether or not to care that day. For reference, I always order the same thing and these are from two different visits. It’s a shame really because this location has more free parking than the one downtown."

"The food was very tasty. It took a while for us to get seated. There was no one at the front. All the t.v. 's make it the perfect game spot. It was pricier than expected. 2 people spent 90 on 2 orders of wings, a burger with fries, mozzarella sticks, and cheese bites."

"My poor waitress (Morgan). She did everything possible for a Wednesday 1pm-2pm. It was not too crowded. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was absolutely horrible. Morgan was able to get soft drinks. Bar keep she was rude and unattentive. Literally waited over 30 minutes to get adult beverages over 3 different times. Not kidding. We were there for almost 3 hours. Kitchen was an abomination. Where to begin. Wedges instead of fries....nope. Cheese on fries......nope. Cold chili on fries.....sure. Last order that came out as we were packing to go......yep. Waitress 5* Establishment, bar and kitchen "

"Wow! This is the closest place to watch football games. We arrived at 12:50PM, and it took 20 minutes just to get a menu. It took 40 minutes to place our order. Both our appetizers and meal came at the same time. The appetizer was good, but my wings and my wife's burger were cold. In addition to bad food and slow service, the men's room was very dirty. The floor was sticky. This restaurant was, extremely, under staffed. Our waitress looked to covering a huge part of the bar area, as well as, the outside patio. We didn't get napkins or silverware with our food. We had to request it. It was obvious that the waitresses were running around like crazy people, trying to do their job. The thing that aggravated me the most was the manager was standing around doing, absolutely, nothing. This would have been a great time for her to step up and take orders and run food. We will be back, because this is our closest location to watch our games, but, I won't order hot food. Maybe a salad."

"We used to love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesdays as a group to take advantage of the BOGO traditional wing deal. The service was always mediocre, but at least the food was decent. Recently, the food has become more expensive, the quality and quantity has gone down, and the service is abysmal. The one highlight the last two trips have been the chicken tender sandwiches which are a deal if you order/split 3 for $13.49. Couple that with ordering kids meals (4 wings and a side) and it is a little more reasonable. We are going back one more time to use up our rewards points and then we will just start making tots and wings at home using their sauces."
