"This was my 1st visit with the provider that I saw. I've seen a physician at this office before and it was a really great experience...not so much this time. The doctor came in introduced himself, shook my hand and reviewed my xrays with me. He then asked how high I could raise my arm (gave proof of this) and one other thing he asked me to do. He then asked what my pain level was (7/10). Once this was done he proceeded to tell me what the xray showed, told me he would give me an injection and order some PT. This took all of 5- 6 min. I k ow some may enjoy a quick in and out, but I am not this person. I do not feel there was any time spent actually physically examining my issue. I do appreciate the front desk getting me in so quickly, but overall, very displeased with the service on this visit."
