After being dropped by my psychiatrist due to me disagreeing with his handle of care, I started to feel overwhelmed on how I would be able to keep my head above water. I walked in the same morning overcome with emotion and was attended to very swiftly. I was assured that I would be taken care of and even given a list of new psychiatrists to follow up with. 100% the best in Macon if you’re looking for a caring and compassionate office to handle your care."

"I went with Dr. Chambless because she was covered by my insurance. I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. She is nice, however she doesn’t really help. She offers medication but does not find the source of the issue. She also bills different so that she can get paid more money from the insurance company. She never followed back up on my blood work even though it showed I had inflammation in body."

She is not the warm and fuzzy Teddy bear doctor, so don't come expecting that. Her care is on target, frank, and thoughtful."

"My work schedule takes me out of town frequently and last minute so I missed an appointment which I offered to pay the full amount of the visit as compensation. They declined the payment and told me that I was discharged..as if I worked for them or something. I asked them why and they told me that it was because my schedule was so sporadic that it didn't make sense for them to have me as a patient. I then offered again to pay the full amount of the visit and explained that they sell time and if I pay the full amount then they haven't lost anything. I also asked them why they hadn't given me any warning before "discharging" me and they said that it was in the initial paperwork I had signed with them. The lady that answered the phone was completely incompetent and couldn't verbalize basic thoughts and had no interest in advocating for what was right in this situation. The physical environment of the office, the staff and the professionalism overall is mediocre at best so they seem to draw people in with the weightloss portion of their business then upsell you once you’re there. The “doctor” doesn’t need the business and her attitude and lack of business acumen reflects it. I would not recommend this office to anyone."
