"The staff is nice enough, but every single patient, including myself, were waiting well over an hour to speak with the doctor. Unbelievable. I do not think I will return."

"My moms first visit with Dr. Madichetty was today, I was very hesitant after reading the reviews but kept a positive mind. The nurse was very nice and so far we like Madichetty. But his 2 receptionists especially Natasha are the 2 rudest people. I have been to many doctors between my kids, husband and my mom and have never been treated so rude as I was today. They definitely need to replace the receptionist Natasha. If she don’t like her job she needs to find some where else to work!!"

"If I had the option to not give them a star I wouldn't. The staff is very unprofessional and one lady who is going bald has an attitude problem and taking it out on everyone. They are rude and took their time to come to the door to let me in. When I arrived my son was with me who is 7 years old, They never told me I couldn't bring kids so I didn't know. The bald headed lady guarded the door and wouldn't let us in. She said she had to ask the doctor if my son could come in and left us standing at the door for 30 min in the freezing cold. I had to call my son a ride so they wouldn't cancel my appointment and when they finally let me in they took their time getting to me being smart which was not appropriate.They are very inconsiderate and rude, I don't recommend anyone go here."

"I was referred by my primary dr to this office. The staff was very unprofessional as if you coming in is an inconvenience. The dr does not listen to what you are saying. I was told to just lose weight and my issues would go away. Granted I am overweight but I've had these issues even when I was at my ideal weight 8 yrs ago. I told him this & he looked at me like I was stupid and walked out the door. So I politely got a 2nd opinion & I told the new dr what Madichetty told me & they were like no this not just a weight related issue and that they are going to actually going to schedule me for the proper test and treatment. I'm so thankful that I got a 2nd opinion from a dr who actually listens to their patients. Please avoid going to this office at all cost because he doesn't care about the patients at all."

"Very unprofessional. The staff never sent off paperwork for orders the Dr gave. Also, my Father went for medical clearance for surgery, and the Dr didn't do a proper exam...he gave the clearance, and a day later my father had to go to his primary Dr to find out he has pneumonia! Terrible experience!"
