"I drove an hour to this facility and it was worth every minute. I will drive again next year when it’s time for my next exam. Wellstar Spalding Regional Imaging has set the bar high!!! I had two procedures done in less than two hours while receiving top notch care. Ms. Tonya was very attentive and informative during my first procedure. She set my mind at ease during the process and made sure I understood the next steps for my second procedure. The gentleman at the registration desk greeted me by name and was awaiting my arrival with my patient wristbands in hand. Ms. Rachel was ready for me when I got to the outpatient clinic for my next procedure and met me at the registration desk as well. She was very friendly during our walk to the procedure room. She explained the procedure and made sure I got an explanation of my concerns from the doctor before I left. This was one of the best visits I’ve ever had considering the circumstances. I would hope that everyone could experience a smooth visit such as this. I know it’s not always possible but if they could get anywhere close to this experience, I know they would be happy with their visit. Great job Spalding!!"

"The staff are all so very nice and welcoming. The only issue, and it is a small one, is we were told to arrive at 730 am, and no one was there. The young lady who checked us in told us that 20 minutes prior to the procedure is what we should have been told. We went off what was in the "mychart" directions. It would be nice if Wellstar would update Mychart."
