"12-28-2023 I'm adding another review all the providers at Internal Medical are the best doctors I have ever had. I have lived in the Atlanta area, Louisiana and Florida. I saw Dr James Gore today. He is a doctor that really cares. He's not in the medical field for the money. They really listen to your concerns. Dr. Kristin Gore is great. Listens to your concerns and is very compassionate. All of the staff are great. Always returns calls the same day. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Hess at the affiliate Family Medical Center is great also. These are doctors that are in the medical field for the right reasons. Kudos to Sheree the office manager as well."

"There are two handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces at this location. The building is in excellent shape. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about health services offered at this healthcare clinic. You should come here to get your yearly wellness physical paid for by Medicare. Overall, I was impressed with the service I received here, and the treatment was quite effective in treating my illness."

"My parents both have/had dementia. Ive had several issues with the records clerk, but it was worse than a pain in the rear last fall, and it started with the nurse practitioner, a Ms. Jester, not completing necessary memory care transfer/ paperwork on my mother after a good checkup (I will give credit for that). I was told by the front desk that the paperwork would be ready. Two days, nope. Three days, nope. By day four, I was back up there and the beyond rude records clerk had her attitude ready. I was on a deadline to move my family out of state. I received the papers and they were half completed. I will admit, I had enough of this idiocy!. This place and I had issues over my infirmed parents for 2 years. I acknowledge I got very upset and raised my voice: they had dropped the ball yet again. I stormed out. The records clerk called twice and I told her to take a hike. I later remembered all of my mother's vital records were at the hospital and we got them. They moved with us and a doctor in our new town had enough data to do new evaluations. In fact, Internal could learn from this amazing clinic in Iuka, MS!!! Shortly after moving, I received my own records (from Dr. Hess, the son in law of Dr. Gore) to never come back as a patient to either place. What a gas!!!! . I never went to Internal: I went to Family Medical, next door. Their doctors were always great (especially in Dr. Prussia days!). But, same head, same body. I had been a patient of FMC since the 1980s. As I also moved, I was gladly done! I didnt mention when my poor Dad, under hallucinations with his Alzheimers, had the ball dropped in August of 2021 by Dr. Gore. I was fortunate to have the help of an Atlanta psychiatric nurse and my late Aunt's medical team to help me to get him help. However, Dr. Gore did my dad's paperwork in a timely manner, last fall, unlike Mom's. That's why they got a 2"
