"The worst. I have to fight so hard to get them to send prior authentication or my medication or whatever it is, it'slike pulling teeth but it takes a week. The people at the office and my psychiatrist are really nice but I cannot do this anymore. It can't be this hard for the medical assistant to click a button for me. I can't believe I pay for this garbage service. Find a doctor not tied to an uncaring corporation. Today they said they sent it and I just confirmed they didn't even call. I am praying this company fails and everyone involved can't find a new job."

"I tried to call and schedule an reschedule an appointment. I could not get an answer. Also, I gave my insurance information. This service provider did not run my insurance, they build me within a couple of hours for the total cost for the month. I will never use them again. Poor service."

"Staff is wonderful and Dr. K is one of the best doctor’s I have ever seen. He’s always attentive and invested in his patient, but his sessions do not last a long time, and that is good for working people. Dr. K does not rush anyone during appointments. He just has a way of making them informative and to the point, which I love! Thanks, Dr. K!"

"I had an initial Telehealth visit with Tarvett Standley which wasn’t productive. At the start of the visit I was informed that she couldn’t prescribe two of the medications I’ve been taking for years, instead saying I would have to see a doctor in-person. This already made the rest of the visit pointless, but I was given the impression that if I didn’t continue then I wouldn’t be able to see someone else at her location that could help me. She asked me the same questions I answered in the pre-visit questionnaire and gave a lot of canned responses that felt like she wasn’t listening to anything I was saying. At the end, she said she would put in a transfer of care and that I would come in to see another doctor. I was told I would be contacted to set up that appointment, but that didn’t happen. After a week of expecting a call back, I called them back up and was told they would call me back the next day, which didn’t happen either. I’m now without any of my medication and am going through withdrawals. I’m now being billed over $400 with nothing to show for it but a really sour experience."

"Do not recommend whatsoever. My psychiatrist dr dongre is usually 20 minutes late for each of our tele therapy sessions and he has also cancelled last minute. Stay away from this company at all costs. I also made an online payment of over $254 and they have no record of it. It takes forever to speak to anyone on their phone systems just to cancel services or get billing help. Horribly run company. I can’t wait to no longer be a client. What an added stress around the holidays that I don’t want or need."
