"If I could I would rate this company a zero ! They do not genuinely care for Autism’s families. I dealt with them for almost a year waiting on the waiting list patiently while being a parent in desperate need for ABA services.Proud Moment's invited my son and I to their center to finalize things and to start service's ; yet stated he would go back in waiting list. I knew then the communication was horrible. I explained my kid had been promised a spot in center from 2:30-5PM due to lengthy time we had waited for this opportunity .They pushed us to the home based offer which doesn’t work with my work schedule. This was never discussed or we would have never been placed on their waiting list.They had no empathy, no remorse. No accommodations just pushed us off to go on another waiting list for another center. They only want the insurance money and it shows!!!"

"JUST found out the same Spectrum Autism Learning is now Proud Moments ABA, it was unprofessional and rude back then as it is now. Against my request my daughter sent my grandson here and between the unprofessional and rude people that would greet me there and the stories mi niento sends me, I don’t like it. I feel these people should sit in a corner and think about the way they treat people!"

No plans of action for therapy. First day, no one greeted her, no tour, no explanation of what they’re doing! Just aggravating calls! Bad experience!"
