"The clinic is clean and the staff are very nice and warm, they connected through conversations which made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The service was great and they have the most affordable prices (in comparison to the other clinics I called). Special mention to the lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) who was really attentive and friendly. Dr. Robyn Jimenez was very accommodating and reassuring during our visit. She’s well experienced in her field. There had been a small mix up in our billing post our visit but all it took was a short phone call and the lady at the front desk took care of it for us. Will recommend to family and friends who are looking for health providers."
"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. These people are SCAMMERS! They will bill you in their best interests in order to make the most amount of money out of a patient they can. The nurses and Dr. Van Piper are fine but the people in the front and behind the desk are the most disgusting people I've ever come across and should not be dealing with patient records or in healthcare at all. It's also IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of ANYONE in the office via phone, so God-forbid you have an issue. I think these reviews are monitored and filtered to only show good reviews, go on Yelp and a lot of people have revealed this practice for what it is. There is even one review of a past worker that exposes this practice's scams and how badly some of the workers treat the patients behind the scenes. Once again I never had an issue with the the nurses or Dr. Van Piper, but everyone else there should not be working in healthcare. Please avoid this place for you own sake and go somewhere else. This is your warning."
"After 20 plus years as a patient, I'm out! 1. They Don't return or acknowledge written communication via patient portal. 2.They do not return phone calls when you leave a message. 3. Their customer service is non existent. They are poorly managed and overwhelmed or, incompetent. If you want a responsive Medical practice "Go elsewhere"! Dr. Daniel VanRiper is an Excellent Physician."
"Had gone to this clinic about 8 years seeing several different PAs. While most of them were fairly professional, I had a recent abnormality of a urinalysis that dismissed. I sought out additional follow up elsewhere. More recently, clinic would not refill my Lunesta, unless I came in for an additional visit prior to my bi- annual visits. They have never controlled the Lunesta to this degree!!! . Plus they did not return calls this entire week and had not been filled the RX for a whole week and I am an insomniac. Oh and then wasn’t offering a an appointment for another week. I wouldn’t even be functioning with a delay like that!!!! They don’t care. I am looking for another provider. I am done with this Clinic. Plus, when I started to read my medical record, I found that they had put some untruths in the chart like me refusing to see my cardiologist. That was never the case!!! I told them I might not see the cardiologist once or twice a year, but I would go back periodically. They had put that I declined ANY additional cardiology. They do not listen well, and therefore chart in your medical chart incorrectly. Plus, at one visit they fraudulently documented that they had completed a thorough assessment of my gut when they had not even listened to my stomach. Finally, the PAs put down that you’re being followed by a full-fledged physician and I bet I haven’t seen a full-fledged physician for seven years! I think they provide piece-meal assessments. To be fair though the group is probably still good if your health is pretty stable and you’re just going for prescription refills and occasional physical exam. But as you age, like I am, and your health gets more complicated,…..no, I don’t think this is the group to go to!"
"Not the greatest at scheduling. I had one appointment two weeks ago that I made through Zocdoc. I made this appointment two months prior. I got multiple confirmations through Zocdoc, but when I got there, they told me they had no record of it. Luckily, they were able to give me another appointment, but it was a few hours later. I don’t drive, and I live in another county, so reschedules like this really impact me because I take the bus everywhere. Yesterday, I called to schedule another appointment. I got it squared away, but when I got the confirmation email, they had scheduled me a day ahead of what we discussed. I tried to call back, but they were closed when they sent that automated message. I got in contact with someone to reschedule for the day I wanted, but they couldn’t give me the time I was originally told I’d have. Anyway, I guess what I’m saying is make sure you have the whole day off of work when you go to this place because you don’t know what you’re going to get. Also, ever since I got my blood drawn, (almost two weeks ago) I’ve had nerve issues in my forearm."
