"I dislocated my knee-cap in early to mid October and started my PT in November with Jessica as my primary therapist and as of February my knee is not only fully functional for everyday and athletic life but is more stable than before the injury! All the staff at the office are knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and hospitable! The knowledge of your injury and muscle awareness I gained from Jessica has been some of the most valuable information for my athletic and dance career and I could not be more thankful. "This place is small but mighty in terms of results. Each therapist has achieved a doctorate in PT. My therapist, Meg, worked a small miracle on my shoulder, which had become progressively weaker and debilitatingly painful. She coached me through stretches and targeted strengthening exercises on each visit, as well as used deep tissue pressure and dry needling. The results after six weeks are quite astonishing. The physical space inside the clinic is a tight fit when things are bustling but they somehow make it work.
