"Unfortunately was unable to be seen due to insurance misunderstanding. However, I was met with rude passive attitudes by Lyna and front desk woman when asking them following up questions. Lyna caught an attitude when I asked for her name. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. I understand possibility of healthcare burn out and individuals having bad days, but attitudes should be somewhat self controlled when speaking with a patient."

"This was an awful experience today. I made an appointment and all was fine until attending nurse Lyna Ashu came in. She was rude and unprofessional. I have an ear infection and couldn’t help but talk loud. She got offended and asked me to stop. I tried to fully describe my symptoms. She shut down on me. The room got silent. I waited for my prescription. I will never go back. Never. She made this a really bad experience."

She is very sweet , caring and amazing at her job , she takes her time to evaluate what’s going on . She made sure she did everything she could to make sure I feel better soon .
