"I had taken a appointment for my 2 child in Dunwoody Pediatrics and for 2nd child I asked the doctor whether she needs to take COVID 19 Vaccination as she is having frequent cold and Doctor said NO - For that they charged me $108 and Insurance even did not pay, these things are really very frustrated. I called the billing and they did not listen to me , very frustrating"

"We've been visiting both their Alpharetta office from the past 5+ years. The doctors were great in the past but the Alpharetta office is running so low on Doctors since Covid / since few of them retired. It's almost impossible to find a Doc appnt when really needed & its usually a Nurse you have to visit. Plus their Nurse Triage service / Phone service / follow up calls are all so diminishing day by day."

"Horrible practice. The front desk is extremely rude, and the doctors are incompetent. We initially took our newborn son there who had stomach problems, and the doctor couldn't diagnose my son, who happened to have salmonella. She said everything was fine and sent us home. When we switched practice, another doctor looked at our son and immediately caught and said our son had a flat head and torticollis that needed to be addressed immediately, which the Dunwoody pediatrics doctor did not even mention or see. Extremely disappointed with this practice and I do not really commend this practice to anyone."
